根据南京晨报消息，南京市民黄先生（被骗用户）想贷款3万，反而分两次在不同平台被骗。第一次转账在支付宝上黄先生（被骗用户）被支付宝安全系统拦截。而之后在骗子的指示下黄先生（被骗用户）通过微信给骗子转账近5000元，支付宝的“叫醒热线”打电话提醒，但黄先生却一直没有接听。当骗子指示黄先生（被骗用户）要求再转5000元时，黄先生（被骗用户）又发现聊天记录神秘消失，最终察觉被骗。

马云旗下的金融软件支付宝针对这一情况，就将一项防骗的新功能加进了支付宝的安全系统里；这项新功能主要功能就是当用户转账遇到可疑账户时，安全系统会提示存在的风险，提醒用户取消转账或延时转账，如果用户选择延时转账，发现是诈骗时可以选择报警，支付宝会第一时间冻结这笔交易账款并退回给用户。
对于支付宝这项新功能的发布，编者觉得是真的挺实用的。但在初期测试时，因转账的人太多了竟被用户投诉，支付宝的风控系统识别出异常情况后限制了收款功能。后来经过不断优化，支付宝更是推出了“叫醒热线”功能。
据了解，“叫醒热线”这一功能是支付宝在行业里推出的，当支付宝安全系统识别到诈骗风险时，不仅会在第一时间阻止交易，还会主动致电用户，揭示骗局风险，避免用户通过其他渠道受骗。
支付宝表示：今后将不断优化防骗“叫醒热线”，最大程度阻止被骗，目前这一服务优先提供给50岁以上用户。
